How much of your self esteem do you get from your exterior?
I know you get your self esteem from your intellect, personality, etc, but people don’t automatically know all that about you before they get to know you.
So what fraction of your self esteem do you get from your physical exterior (looks, body, style, etc etc etc)
To be honest I don’t even pay attention to my own physical looks. I just live life and try to be nice with everyone but I ignore the people that I’d rather not have anything to do with.
