I do tai chi, I do meditation but still I am very stressed throughout the day, when i am in meditation i am fine, when i am doing tai chi i am fine…but when i get back to my day I just end up getting all stressed out all over again…any tips? I am not depressed or anything, I just have alot going on right now….impending divorce, and loss of a family member, and a move, and changing jobs, oh and 8 months ago i got married lol

Do some deep breathing, go for walks. Take a bubble bath. The stress you are under takes a while to come down. Limit how much you take on now. Give yourself a break during this time. In a little while you will start to feel better, but you have to give it time.
