does psychology engage to much with not normal behavior rather than normal one?
It seems so . what about things that most people have which should be changed : self esteem , how to take an action , persistence and trait like anger , jealousy ….
Doesnt all this belong to psychology ?
Psychology covers a lot, including what you mentioned, but much much more than that.
In psychology however, you learn there is no such thing as normal, and that if people want to change, they change themselves. You dont change them, because its not up to you to decide what to change. Thats an individuals choice, and a psychologist has to work with the individual
